Actively involved in many industry organizations serving as past Chairwoman of the ALFN National Onsite Education Committee, firm member of the ALFN Servicer Advisory Board, firm member of the USFN Servicer Advisory Board, Chair of the USFN Marketing Committee, member of the USFN Legal Issues Committee, member of the USFN Executive Servicer Summit Planning Committee and USFN Nominating Committee. Current member of the USFN Education Committee. Ms. Ward is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences having served as a panelist at the MBA Mortgage Servicing Conference, Judicial States Conference, and USFN Executive Servicer Summit. She regularly conducts onsite trainings for banks and mortgage servicers on all aspects of mortgage servicing.
