We are pleased to announce that Aldridge Pite, LLP (“A|P”) has acquired certain assets of BWW Law Group, LLC (“BWW”), effective February 1, 2026.
The combined firm will operate under the name Aldridge Pite, LLP.

As a result of this transaction, A|P has expanded its footprint to include three new jurisdictions: Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. This brings the firm’s total footprint to nineteen jurisdictions. The firm will continue to provide comprehensive legal services in its footprint states and national non-legal services through its National Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Litigation, and Eviction Management platforms. All BWW partners, attorneys and staff will join A|P, and the firm’s headquarters will remain in Atlanta, Georgia.

This combination brings together two highly respected default services firms and strengthens our ability to serve clients nationwide. By expanding our geographic footprint and uniting experienced professionals, we are well positioned to enhance our service offerings and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients.
