This Policy explains the ways in which the website www.aldridgepite.com may collect and use personal information, while respecting the privacy of users’ personal information.

Information collected: Certain information may be collected on this website.  This information may also be submitted to or accessible by a third party.  The collection of personal information and/or blind data on the website is described below:

  • “CAREERS”: The “CAREERS” page, accessible from the aldridgepite.com homepage menu along the top of the homepage, contains information on employment opportunities with Aldridge Pite, LLP.  If a website user wishes to submit his/her resume or other information in response to a job posting, he/she will be prompted to set up a user account.  This account and the personal information submitted through this account are collected by a third-party vendor.  The vendor then shares this information with Aldridge Pite, LLP.  The vendor’s Privacy Policy can be found at the following link: https://privacy.adp.com . While some applicants may submit resumes via email to resumes@aldridgepite.com, ADP Workforce Now is the primary means by which job applicants are received and reviewed.  Therefore, Aldridge Pite, LLP reserves the right to direct applicants to the “CAREERS” page on the website and to use of the third-party vendor ADP Workforce Now to submit information, and Aldridge Pite, LLP makes no guarantees about the receipt or consideration of applicant information received outside of this third-party vendor portal.
  • “FORECLOSURE LISTINGS”: The “FORECLOSURE LISTINGS” link, accessible from the aldridgepite.com homepage menu along the top of the homepage, leads to a searchable foreclosure listing database for Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Georgia, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington. This database is not accessible to the website user unless the Terms and Conditions are accepted. To use the database, a user may run searches to locate a listing for a specific property.  Blind data may be collected on users who visit this database, which allows Aldridge Pite, LLP website administrators to see the total number of people who have accessed the database, though these administrators do not have access to user names or other personal information.  This information/data may not be collected if a website user does not access the “FORECLOSURE LISTINGS” database.  However, this portion of the website is not accessible without the collection of blind data on the website user.
  • “ALDRIDGE PITE LOCAL COUNSEL PORTAL”: The “ALDRIDGE PITE LOCAL COUNSEL PORTAL” link, accessible from the aldridgepite.com homepage menu along the top of the homepage under the About Us tab by selecting the Affiliate option from the drop-down list , can be used to access the Aldridge Pite Local Counsel Portal with a username and password provided by Aldridge Pite, LLP.  In the event that Aldridge Pite, LLP has provided a username and password to access the Aldridge Pite Local Counsel Portal, the website will track the usernames and passwords that have been used to access the Aldridge Pite Local Counsel Portal.

Blind data may be collected on users who visit the www.aldridgepite.com website and any of its pages, which allows Aldridge Pite, LLP website administrators to see information about website usage, such as total number of visits to the website and the average amount of time spent on the website, though these administrators do not have access to user names or other personal information, with the exception of the information that is described above.

In the event that a visitor to this website enters his/her personal information into text boxes that are available, that information is collected.  Aside from information that a user may enter in the website, the website does not collect personal information.  A user’s search engine or Internet provider may, however, collect certain types of information about a user and the user’s Internet history.

Online Tracking: Aldridge Pite, LLP does not treat consumers whose browsers send a “do not track” signal differently from consumers whose browsers do not send a “do not track” signal. Notwithstanding the information above, Aldridge Pite, LLP does not collect or track consumer personal information about a consumer’s browsing activities over time and across third-party websites.

Privacy Policy Changes: Changes to this Privacy Policy may be made from time to time.  A change will be reflected by an update in the version tracking table.
